Click on each section below to view the AfterSchoolHelp.com resources available for the lesson. Some of the lessons have more than one video. There are also practice activities to the left of the page.
These videos are short and sweet, but they may not fully explain everything. Because of that, be sure to let me know if you have any questions. Remember, for best results you should take notes and try practice problems for each section. I am very excited about this new resource. Afterschoolhelp.com is an awesome website with video tutorials and extra practice problems directly from the BJU Press math curriculum. Please follow the link below for extra help at home.
Welcome to the 2017-2018 school year!
Remember to check our class website frequently for resources and announcements. The most recent information will always appear at the top of the feed. However, feel free to scroll through last year's content, too. You might just find something that will help you in your math career! Please use the following links to review concepts covered in Chapter 1. Intersection and Unions of Sets: Please watch the first video and try the practice problems at the end. There might be a couple that we did not cover in Algebra 1, but you can give them a try anyways using "Hint" at the bottom. Exponents: This is a very detailed section. It covers a lot of material regarding exponents. Please take the time to cover any and all areas you have questions with. Then, complete the practice exercises. Order of Operations:
There are 4 points to this section. Please watch each video, and complete the practice exercise. |
